The visual communication agency Deep Studios aims for powerful sound in its workplace as well as in their business, and invests in speakers from Audio Pro.

 

In some quite unique and beautiful office premises created in what used to be an old distillery in Ödåkra, Sweden, the visual communication agency Deep Studios is situated. An agency that has been producing films for several companies and organizations during the past 10 years. For Deep Studios, the viewer’s experience of a powerful sound is key for their business. Sound and image must interact in order to create an interesting film, which will impact the target group in the intended way. “We try to affect as many senses as possible in our films. We need to include both sound as well as image, preferably with some noticeable sound effects, otherwise the film will be perceived as dull. Sound enhances the visual impression", states Filip Krantz, CEO of Deep Studios.

 

That fact that sound play a key part in all film production, is perhaps a well-known fact, but the fact that sound also plays a huge role in the work environment is perhaps not as widely known. Filip Krantz is however strongly convinced that this is the case; “Our work environment is absolutely positively impacted by the presence of music. We have chosen to install speakers from Audio Pro, not only due to the great sound quality and that they are quite stylish in terms of design, but they allow us to build a multiroom system that lets us listen to the same music in several rooms at the same time, which in turn allows you to move around in the office without the music disappearing when leaving a room or the music changing in between rooms. And of course, we are able to play a different choice of music in a separate room if you should prefer that. Our staff easily pick whatever they prefer via an app in their phone which controls what should be played and where.”

 

“Investing in speakers that deliver high-quality sound is of course also of great importance in our business, for instance when presenting a new film for our customers in our conference room. In here we have invested in a pair of Audio Pro A36, which in combination with their subwoofer SW-10 delivers massive bass and powerful sound effects from the film.” At Deep studios, you will find speakers both in the ceiling and standing on tables and floors. Having a speaker system that allows you to simply click speakers onto existing electrical railings in the ceiling, normally used for lighting fixtures, is very easy according to Filip. The speakers are supplied with power from the rail, and the wireless audio connection allows you to attach these speakers wherever you want in the ceiling as long as there is a rail available.
